OMRON CQM1-TC102 CQM1-TC101 PLC
OMRON CQM1-TC102 CQM1-TC101 PLC
Feature Benefits Application
Data files supported in CSV
format and as text files
(.TXT)
It is now possible to read hexadecimal data
within I/O memory in CSV format and as text
files by using the FREAD and FWRIT
instructions.
Log production results and other data
in the CPU I/O memory to the
Memory Card in CSV or text format.
This data and can be read and edited
using spreadsheet software within a
PC via a Memory Card Adapter.
Conversely, settings stored in CSV or
text format in the Memory Card by
spreadsheet software can be read into
the CPU module I/O memory.
File manipulation (format,
delete, etc.) using
instructions
The CPU can manipulate its own file memory
using the CMND instruction.
Operations such as format file, delete,
copy, change name, and create
directory can be manipulated on the
Memory Card from the ladder program
during operation.
Program replacement during
operation
It is now possible to read (replace) the entire
user program from the Memory Card to the CPU
during operation.
Switching control operations without
stopping PLC.
Replacing programs without using
Programming Devices.
Data files are available for
automatic transfer when
power is turned ON
Now DM files and EM files for automatic
transfer to the CPU can be read when the system
power is turned ON.

Storing data settings in data memory
when the power is turned ON.
Reading data automatically when the
power is turned ON instead of
requiring a FREAD instruction.
Easy backup All data (user programs, parameters, and I/O
memory) can now be backed up on the Memory
Card by pressing the Memory Card power
supply switch when the simple backup setting
has been made with the DIP switch.
If a malfunction occurs, all data in the
CPU at that time can be recorded
without using a Programming Device.
Faster online editing If part of the program is changed by the
Programming Device when the CPU is in
MONITOR mode, the extension in cycle time
for overwriting has been reduced.
Previously the maximum extension to the cycle
time was 90ms. It is now 12ms.
Reduced program maintenance time.
Faster NT Links Now supports high-speed NT Links (1:N mode).
Faster communications with Touch Screens than
the previous standard NT Links allowed (1:N
mode). Achieve high-speed NT Links with:
NT31-V2 and NT631-V2 terminals only.
Monitoring equipment settings using
Touch Screens is now performed at a
faster speed
