Installation and Maintenance
Installation: Completely disconnect system power prior to mounting. Align card-edge connectors with the designated PLC rack slot and push firmly until locked. Fasten retaining screws.
Field Wiring: Use twisted-pair shielded cables for all 4–20mA current loop runs. Earth the cable shield at a single ground point on the cabinet side to prevent electrical noise.
