KUKA

KUKA MFC LP ELEKTRONIK 71052214 CONTROL

allows all the energy and fluids required for the application to be routed along the axes A1 – A2.

We have test stands developed by us, thanks to which we check whether the device is in working order.

It is with these posts that we test the repaired device, for which we give 24 months warranty,

and you can be sure that your KSD1-16 equipment has been repaired at a service center that provides the highest quality services

KR C4: one for all

•  Robot, PLC, Motion and Safety Control seamlessly and interactively integrated

•  Uses a shared database and infrastructure

•  Maximum performance, scalability and flexibility

•  Effortless control of entire systems

•  Understands KRL and the PLC and CNC languages (G-code)

The PC for KRC2 is the control PC of the robot controller.

With its fitted components, the PC performs all the functions of the robot controller.

Windows user interface with visual display and input

Program creation, correction, archiving, and maintenance

Sequence control

Path planning

Control of the drive circuit

Monitoring

Parts of the ESC safety circuit

Communication with external periphery (other controllers, host computers, PCs, network)

KUKA robots are equipped with the KR C2 controller.

The control and power electronics are integrated in a common control cabinet which is space–saving, user–friendly and easy to service.

It conforms to the safety requirements specified in ISO 10218.

Power is supplied to the drive motors through individual KSD modules (KUKA servo drives),

which in turn are powered by the KPS (KUKA power supply) and controlled via the DSE–IBS (digital servo–electronics with Interbus interface).

The computer unit is based on standard PC hardware with a powerful main processor and software for the Windows 95 user interface.

The powerful continuous–path control system for 6 basic axes and up to 2 integrable external axes (optional) incorporates

extensive basic functions for the robot motion. Numerous special functions provide the capability of automating the robot periphery in a simple and cost–effective manner.

It is additionally possible to intervene in the communications of the overall system to fully implement diverse technological functions.

– Scanning and processing of I/O signals

– Fast and selective reaction to process events

– Logic and arithmetic operations

– Communication with external control units

The control PC includes the following components:

Motherboard with interfaces

Processor and main memory

Hard drive

MFC3

KVGA

DSE-IBS-C33

RDC

Batteries

Optional modules, e.g. field bus cards
