SYMAP®R

SYMAP®R (Revised) is a digital protection system for high-voltage distribution panels in ships.

As part of the scrapping management process, this device has been specifically developed as an efficient plug-in modification solution for the following protective equipment:

HIMAP FI         Feedline Protection

HIMAP MI         Motor Protection

HIMAP 87M         Motor Differential Current Detection

HIMAP TI         Transformer Differential Current Detection

SYMAP®R offers the following versions:

The installation is very simple and does not require cutting the cabinet or wiring.

The parameter settings can be obtained from the former equipment.

After being modified to SYMAP®R, you can enjoy the high reliability of the equipment, thereby having a positive impact on operating costs.

SYMAP®R is equipped with three powerful microprocessors, which can provide all protection functions for generators, motors (synchronous and asynchronous), transformers, power lines and distribution systems.

All protection functions can be activated simultaneously.

The integrated PLC supports the individual locking of control functions. Multiple serial interfaces and various protocols make it possible for the SYMAP®R device to communicate with the central control system.
