DeltaV™ Adapt can provide continuous adaptive control for any DeltaV PID control loop. In addition to calculating new adjustments, the DeltaV Adapt can also remember the optimized adjustments during the last control in the same operating area. And most importantly, DeltaV Adapt can be applied to any PID loop in the control system without changing the control configuration.
