Installation and Maintenance

Installation

Chassis Integration: The T8232 must be installed into a Trusted Power Shelf (T824x series).

Ensure the mechanical latch on the front panel is securely engaged.

Redundancy Setup: For N+1 redundancy, at least two modules should be installed for a single-module load, or three modules for a two-module load.

Cooling: Ensure the internal fans are unobstructed. The module uses forced-air cooling, and airflow must be maintained through the Power Shelf.

Maintenance

Status Monitoring: Periodically check the “Output Power Display” (10-segment LED bar) to ensure no single module is operating at 100% capacity constantly.

Fault Identification: A red LED on the front panel indicates a module failure or over-temperature condition; replace the module immediately if this occurs.

Cleaning: Use compressed air to clear dust from the intake vents every 12 months to prevent overheating.
