SYMAP® BCG is the flagship “All-in-One” solution from Stucke Elektronik.

It is a sophisticated digital platform that combines Power Management System (PMS) logic with comprehensive Generator Protection and Engine Control.

It is designed to be the primary controller for each generating set in a complex power plant or shipboard grid.

1. Product Description

SYMAP® BCG stands for Bus-tie, Control, and Generator protection.

It is a microprocessor-based system that manages the entire lifecycle of a power source—from starting the engine and synchronizing with the busbar to load sharing and protecting the alternator against electrical faults.

By integrating these functions into a single unit, the BCG eliminates the need for separate PLC-based power management, external synchronizers, and standalone protection relays, significantly reducing the complexity of switchgear wiring.
