Overview

PEX441 is the world’s first, fully rugged, COTS, 6U dual XMC VITA 46 carrier card designed to support high power mezzanine cards in both air cooled and conduction cooled systems. Designed to support high performance computing and control solutions including multiprocessing systems for demanding real-time data processing applications such as radar, sonar, image processing, communications and other signal processing requirements.

PEX441 supports a range of XMCs providing system I/O, FPGA processing, graphics as well as analog to digital and digital to analog interfaces to provide the system integrator with the widest choice of COTS modules to choose from. PEX441 enables the system architect to spread the thermal load of their components across multiple system slots to support rugged wide temperature applications to best effect.

The PEX441 is available in five build levels, providing a cost-effective choice for systems that will be deployed in harsh environments.
